Trevor Lau obtained his law degree from the University of Oxford, and a Masters of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Trevor is an experienced criminal defence lawyer who has successfully defended clients in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, against charges ranging from Impaired operation (DUI) to Murder. He has also won appeal cases, which were featured in the Toronto Star.
Trevor defends clients across Ontario rigorously, and believes every client deserves honesty and communication throughout the criminal justice process. His approach combines aggressive advocacy with transparent client relationships.
Trevor frequently represents clients in jurisdictions such as: Toronto, Brampton, Newmarket, Oshawa, Milton, Hamilton, St. Catharines, Bradford, Peterborough, Kitchener, Orangeville, Sudbury.
Trevor is a member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
